Hi, I am Colleen Rose. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana with my boyfriend Zito and our two rescue dogs, Nash Vegas and Chicago Sky (Chi Sky).

My mom originally worked as an interior designer and has always had artistic ability that she passed on to me. I loved taking art classes, and found that my affinity was in graphic design. Starting in elementary school, I would go over and above to create the coolest Microsoft Publisher brochures or PowerPoint Presentations before I even learned graphic design was a "thing".

Originally I was considering doing fashion design, political campaigns (shoutout The West Wing), and even being a nurse. After changing my mind a lot, I realized my biggest passion was communicating with people and figuring out how to make them want to love what I love or care about what I care about. 

I decided to major in communications, minor in graphic design and political science, and was lucky to do internships in marketing to get well-rounded in a variety of skills to really be able to do that effectively.... which is how we ended up here!

On a whim, my freshman year of college, I applied to be an intern for Purdue Athletics, and that is what changed the trajectory of my professional life. Working my first game... I truly fell in love with sports. I fed off the energy of the crowds, the fast paced environment, and the way the industry continually pushed for innovation. Through my career, I've gotten to be on the court and sideline for some amazing moments, work with some incredible people, but my favorite moments were when I could get a fair-weather fan to fall in love with my teams.
